Renewables Fund invests exclusively in high impact Global South solar by lending money to regional solar development partners.

  • When you invest, money is transferred out of your personal bank account and deposited into the Renewables Fund.
  • The Renewables Fund lends cash to Global South solar developers to build high impact solar projects.
  • As the projects generate and sell electricity, developers pay off their loans to the Renewables Fund.

One month after your initial investment, the Renewables Fund begins making monthly repayments into your wallet. You’ll continue to earn monthly repayments for five years, at which point you will be repaid in full.
